“Love in Lockdown,” out today on Netflix, follows two New Yorkers who met on Hinge and went on a five-day trip to Costa Rica in March 2020, days before the U.S. shut down. Their flights got cancelled and they ended up stuck in the country for over three months — and fell in love along the way.
